Worked with the law firms  of Choate, Hall, and Stuart, and Hale and Dorr, Boston 26 store franchise chain acquired by Staples. Prepared all UFOC documents and Franchise Agreements. Attended legal workshops conducted by the International Franchise Association

  • 1992-1995 CEO,  Office Oasis, Inc., Londonderry, NH

3 store chain acquired by Staples Represented by and worked with  by Hale and Dorr of Boston, and Manchester, NH. Prepared all UFOC and Franchise Agreements.

  • International Center for Distance Learning, Boston, MA established International license (franchise) for Kuwait and other Gulf Cooperative countries in conjunction with Raytheon. Worked closely with the law firms of Skadden Arps, Boston,  and Baker Botts, Dallas.
